This is a journey of stillness and contemplation. This particular journey takes place in Maeshowe, a passage grave in Orkney, Scotland. But you may journey to Newgrange or any passage grave, pyramid, or circle that is part of your heritage. Many videos exist of solstice sunsets at the various passage graves; if you wish, you may choose to view one before entering the deepest part of the meditation. This journey does not begin at the Crossroads.

The linked video of a Maeshowe solstice sunset is low-res but real-time. Many of the higher-resolution videos are sped up, which is nice for viewing but not as useful for contemplation.
